Marty is a seasoned Agile professional with over 20 years of experience in various management positions in several industries. The last 5 years mainly focused on change management within various international companies. In this independent role he likes to facilitate organizations and especially the people working within them by offering (inviting, challenging and fun) ways of collaboration and he links these effort towards achieving results.
